PSI’s vision for Digital Education was basically to develop platforms, course content and digital learning approaches to remotely reach frontline health workers.

I supported the client as a Moodle LMS Administrator by basically implementing the following:

• User Management: Managing user accounts for frontline healthworkers , enrolling users in courses.
• Content Management: Uploading, organizing and maintaining course content ensuring its availability to learners.
• Course creation: Building capacity to program managers/ subject matter experts in creating and structuring courses within the LMS.
• Technical Support: Providing support to users globally, troubleshooting login issues, course access problems and other technical difficulties.
